Band Bio

Claxton Welch was formed in 2008 by Bill Claxton and Paul Welch. Both natives of East Dallas and longtime friends, they started playing their original folk/rock Americana type music.

They played the main stage at !Wildflower Richardson's Art and Music Festival in 2010. They have played Poor David's Pub, the Opening Bell, The Free Man Cajun Café and Lounge as well as many dates farther east.

They have released two cds – 'Claxton Welch' and 'Close to the Bone'.
